​ASHTANGA YOGA
​
Wakes up the internal fire and ignites the dormant flame of vital life energy within all of us. Vinyasa works with the synchronisation of deep, rhythmic breathing and movement. By linking the postures it creates a continuous flow of energy that heats up the body, bringing oxygen to the blood, nourishing the glands and internal organs, cleansing and purifying the nervous system and releasing unwanted toxins in the body. As the heat increases toxins are burned out of the system, creating a lighter, stronger body and a clear mind.

VINYASA FLOW
​
Full of back bending and spinal twisting, this uplifting sequence of postures creates a feel-good experience that opens the body and clears the mind. This flow breaks through areas of tension and energy blockages, and combats stagnancy and resistance in the body. Frequent hand stands and arm balances keep the energy level high and encourage students to connect to their inner power and change their worldview. The playful and upbeat routine is the perfect counter to the soothing forward bending of the Ashtanga Primary Series.

PILATES
INTELLIGENT EXERCISE. PROFOUND RESULTS
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer is a phenomenal workout for your body’s powerhouse, or abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, better balance and more stability, especially when in motion.

MATWORK PILATES
With a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilisation, neutral alignment and breathing, Pilates helps restore the natural curves of the spine and relieves tension. The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.

BALLET BARRE
High-energy and dynamic, Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training creating a repertoire that enhances precision performance, strength, balance, stamina and flexibility.

YOGALATES
Inspired by Yoga and Pilates, it harnesses the physical and mental benefits of both practices where you can stretch and strengthen the muscles while focusing the mind.

MEDITATION
A PRACTICE FOR THE MIND
MEDITATION YOGA NIDRA & BREATH WORK
During this practice we will deepen the breath focusing on breathing exercises to promote mental clarity and increase lung capacity for better blood circulation to organs and muscles.
The meditation is focused around guided visualisations, mantras, silence or calming music which allows you to center the mind, quieten, find stillness and create a space for you to cultivate awareness and focus to guide you to live your best life.

YIN YOGA
Is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held between three to five minutes. As you hold these postures you can move deeper into the muscles and create fascial release, creating elongated muscles, greater agility and increased movement through the joints. This practice encourages students to listen to their bodies, surrender and release. It is a beautiful practice which releases the fascia, stimulates flow of Prana, builds awareness, creates mini meditations and releases toxins
TRX TRAINING
ULTIMATE STRENGTH TRAINING
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
SUP YOGA
EXPERIENCE NATURE, INCREASING HEALTH
Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) combine beautifully. SUP yoga enhances the yoga workout with the element of balance required by being on the water. The peacefulness and tranquility of floating on the water allows you to go even deeper into the meditative aspect of the yoga practice.

Aerial Yoga & Suspension Fitness is a comprehensive fitness technique designed to increase one’s overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating mobility. This unique combination of exercises, as a sequence, is intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body from head to toe while stretching and strengthening one’s muscles.
